Authorities in south-central Phu Yen province have approved a list of six social housing projects calling for investors, according to the Provincial People’s Committee.

Projects cover a total area of nearly 32 ha and will build social housing blocks of between seven and 15 stories.

Under the province’s housing development plan in the 2021-2025 period, it will have 559 housing projects, including 513 commercial housing and urban projects; 28 resettlement housing projects; and 18 social housing projects.

The total area needed for the construction of these projects is estimated at over 796 ha.

Total investment of around VND77.3 trillion ($3.24 billion) will be required.
