Central Quang Nam province has identified industrial development as a major orientation in its economic development. According to the master plan to 2030 and vision to 2045, the province will develop an additional 20,000 ha of industrial parks and clusters. Thirteen industrial parks are now operating in the province, posting export turnover of $800 million and employing 55,000 workers.

New apartment supply in Da Nang this year is forecast at about 1,000-1,300 units, of which the focus will be on the luxury segment in the downtown area.
