Vietnamese private enterprises and business executives will receive comprehensive training support, including e-learning access, direct courses, and scholarship vouchers, under a national program targeting 10,000 chief executive officers by 2030.

Against the backdrop of reviving two major nuclear power projects—Ninh Thuan 1 and Ninh Thuan 2—and potentially progressing toward small modular reactor (SMR) deployments, Vietnam is highly likely to face a sharp human resource crunch.
