The National Assembly's resolution on the establishment of Bac Ninh as a centrally-run city was announced at a ceremony on September 19, where General Secretary and President To Lam highlighted the event’s particularly important significance, saying that it marks a new chapter in the history of building and developing the land of Kinh Bac, which boasts a rich tradition of culture, revolutionary history, dynamism and creativity.
