Against the backdrop of administrative-unit reorganization and the implementation of a two-tier local government model, a new Resolution of the Politburo calls for strong innovation in development and growth models, with Party committees, Party organizations and authorities at all levels tasked with creating, leading, unlocking and mobilizing all available resources.

Vietnam is celebrating the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2, 1945 - 2026.
