Hanoi has approved a list of 58 venues for holding trade fairs and exhibitions following a decision signed recently by Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen.
Venues include the Vietnam Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace, the National Architectural Planning and Construction Exhibition, the Agricultural Trade Promotion Center, the Vietnam Cultural and Art Exhibition Center, Me Linh Plaza, and Aeon Mall Ha Dong.
The committee asked relevant agencies, departments, and districts to inspect and supervise the organization of trade fairs and exhibitions to ensure quality, safety, security and order, and sanitation.
The city’s Department of Industry and Trade has been assigned to coordinate with relevant agencies to review and manage trade promotion activities to ensure they fall in line with government regulations.
Priority exhibits will include scientific and technological products and services, key industrial products, environmental-friendly products, and products from craft villages.
