Suburban land prices increasing

A survey released by Dat Xanh Services on April 4 shows that property projects 10 km from central areas saw price increases in the first quarter of 10-15 per cent quarter-on-quarter while those 20 km away saw 38 per cent increases. The number of new projects for sale in Ho Chi Minh City fell significantly in the quarter, while supply in Hanoi increased strongly.
