Central Quang Binh province is seeking potential investors for urban area projects in the locality.
Among them is a southern urban area in Dong Hoi city’s Phu Hai ward on 29.7 ha and with investment of an expected VND1.94 trillion ($82 million).
The complex will accommodate housing projects, commercial services such as hotels and office space for lease, and a kindergarten, as well as infrastructure for the entire urban area.
According to the provincial Department of Planning and Investment, the deadline for investment applications is 6pm on November 16.
The Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee is also implementing procedures to approve preliminary requirements in capacity and experience of the investor in the Luong Ninh New Urban Area project.
Located in Quang Ninh district’s Luong Ninh commune, the VND1.13 trillion ($46 million) project will cover 350,800 sq m.
