The People’s Committee of central Quang Ngai province has approved a plan to auction minerals mining rights for construction materials in 2024 and the following years.

The plan includes auction of mining rights for 26 sand mines,  17 land mines,  and 5 stone mines, covering 232.7 ha, 291.12 ha and 53.33 ha, respectively.

The provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment was asked to coordinate with relevant agencies to organize the auction in line with regulations.

Mining areas that are chosen for bidding must align with the provincial planning on minerals exploration, exploitation, processing and use that was approved by local authorities.

The organization of the auction of minerals mines will be held in 2024. Auction of land mines must be carried out before July 30.
