North-central Thanh Hoa province saw positive results in its digital transformation process in the first nine months of 2022. Its public service portal and electronic one-stop system provide 149 level-3 public services and 725 level-4 public services, while it has integrated 863 level-3 and level-4 public services into the National Public Service Portal. All government agencies in Thanh Hoa are using electronic authentication services.
Total State budget revenue in the first nine months of 2022 in north-central Thanh Hoa province increased 56.5 per cent year-on-year and exceeded the estimate by 39.7 per cent, of which revenue from accommodation and catering services more than doubled. The industrial production index, meanwhile, increased 16.03 per cent. However, the province’s FDI attraction fell sharply, by 39.1 per cent year-on-year.
A report presented at the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee’s regular September meeting noted record State budget revenue in the first nine months of the year, exceeding the estimate and rising sharply year-on-year. The north-central province’s total State budget revenue in the period was some VND39.325 trillion ($1.65 billion), 133 per cent of the estimate, up 56 per cent, and a new record.
According to the Ministry of Transport, the Public Investment Plan for the 2021-2025 period has nearly VND15 trillion ($635 million) for implementing transport infrastructure projects in north-central Thanh Hoa province.
