Addressing the interface between ASEAN leaders and representatives of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) in Kuala Lumpur on May 26, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh describes businesses as "heart" of ASEAN growth.

This is part of the group's plan to develop AI human resources for the Southeast Asian market.

Under the agreement, Vietnam will export renewable energy to Malaysia and Singapore.
