The two projects proposed for the city’s management include the railway section from Phu Xuyen Station to Ngoc Hoi Station, and the Eastern Ring Railway connecting Hanoi with Hung Yen Province.

Key actions include refining policies to support the SAF ecosystem, ensuring sustainable feedstock supplies, selecting appropriate technologies, and developing supply chains and supporting infrastructure.

The fair aims to create job connections, provide career counseling, offer vocational training, and support livelihoods for about 300 elderly participants (attending both directly and virtually).

The city aims to develop a modern high-tech industrial sector that integrates deeply into global supply chains, establishing itself as a leading national and regional hub for electronics, with a focus on semiconductors, microchips, and artificial intelligence (AI).

Vietnam currently ranks first in ASEAN in the proportion of AI pioneers, with 39% of workers classified as advanced AI users—more than double the global average of 16%, according to Microsoft Vietnam’s Work Trend Index 2026 report.

The ultimate goal of the planning is to transform Quang Ninh into a modern, smart, green, and sustainable city that serves as a national growth pole and a driver for regional development.
