More than 9ha of land in central Hue City have been designated for social housing development, as part of the city's efforts to expand affordable housing for low-income residents, workers, laborers and other policy beneficiaries.
Under a newly issued decision by the city People's Committee, three land sites with a combined area of approximately 9.17ha have been approved for social housing projects during the 2026–2030 period.
