A host of real estate projects around Vietnam have been delayed by legal issues, a recent forum heard, adding to growing housing supply shortages and skyrocketing property prices.

CapitaLand Development breaks ground on The Fullton, a low-rise luxury project blending green living, community spaces, and sustainability.

The project covers a total area of approximately 163 ha, located in Ninh Khanh Ward and Ninh Khang Commune, Hoa Lu City.

Construction investment procedures are set to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The project will build both commercial and social houses.

The two projected urban areas located in the south central province's Hoai Nhon town.
